Do I need to speak to you before booking?

No. If the listed setup matches your workflow, choose your date and session length online. Contact us first if you need to confirm specific software, plugins, codecs, licences or additional support.

Can I work alone or bring my own editor?

Yes. The suite is available on a dry-hire basis, so you can work independently or bring your own editor. Let us know in advance if you need help with the initial setup.

What is included in the booking?

Your booking provides the private suite, listed equipment and available software. Editing, grading, audio work and extended technical support are only included when agreed separately.

Can I use my own licences or plugins?

Yes. You can sign in to your own software accounts during the session. Contact us before booking if your project requires a particular plugin, codec, licence or software version.

Is the display suitable for colour work?

The 27-inch ASUS ProArt display is set up for colour-critical work. Check your timeline, colour-management settings and delivery requirements at the beginning of your session.

Can I work with multi-channel audio?

The suite supports editorial work and audio sweetening. Share your specifications before booking if you require advanced mixing, routing or monitoring.

How should I bring and take away my files?

Bring your media on a fast SSD where possible, with a separate backup of important files. Export your deliverables, masters and project files to your own drive before leaving. A time-limited cloud transfer option is also available where suitable.

Can a client review the work remotely?

Yes. You can use your preferred remote-review or video-conferencing platform during the session, subject to your workflow requirements.
